Aging with Grace at Home, LLC is a state licensed entity but not a state licensed Home Health Care Agency. My company was birthed from personal experience with healthcare issues that led me to pursue a quality home care service to our most vulnerable population with the blessings of my mother before her passing.

I have brought together a private pay only group of Certified Nursing Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses and Home Health aides, who are 1099 contractors licensed and individually insured and, in most cases, have worked together over a few decades in bringing the highest quality of care to clients with a wide range of health conditions. Each caregiver shall, at your request, provide you with a copy of their state license- and personal liability insurance policy.

If you should choose to employ our services, Cynthia H. Walker, President, and/or Tiffany Tripson, Administrator of the company Betty Nobles, (Scheduling and Billing), will perform an intake assessment each new client. At that time, we will prepare a preliminary plan of care.  As time passes, should long term care become necessary, the client may need to be reassessed and a new plan of care presented.
